glasstec 2024
The glasstec 2024 was a fantastic experience for us. We had wonderful encounters with friends, customers, or often both, which gave us the opportunity to exchange ideas and catch up on the latest developments. The discussions were enriching, and we're now looking forward to glasstec 2026!
Exchange of broken roof blocks
Here you can see the replacement of several feeder covers.
These were torn and had to be replaced using self-made clamps. In this case the feeder was pushed off. However, this work can also be carried out under glass flow. We are called to such work several times a year.
Exchange of inspection hole
Also regular replacement or reinstallation these are part of our daily work.
Henry's big day
We wish our Henry (close circle of friends) and of course all other school beginners a wonderful first day of school. ​
Henry's request was special, but at the same time it honored us very much.
GlassTec 2022
An interesting and successful GlassTec is now behind us all. We met many friends / business partners on site and were once again able to talk undisturbed and without time pressure. We were very happy to see our valued friends and partners from the companies Bock, ExCelsius, Fosbel and Paneratech again. ​

Installation of 88 hanging bricks including rebuild of both target walls
At one of our customers, both target walls in the regenerators collapsed. We moved the target walls back, rebuilt them and extended the vaults with hanging bricks. Everything during full production.
Emergency call from Mexico
We received an emergency call from Mexico around 8 p.m. Friday evening. There, our customer needed nine water-cooled bubblers as quickly as possible, as energy problems were to be expected. Already on Saturday morning, two of our specialists were in the car heading to the airport. We were able to professionally install all bubblers in good time and thus ensure that our customer did not suffer any greater harm.
Chamber cleaning by vacuum truck
We clean the regenerators of a large number of customers on a regular basis. Here, at one of our Dutch customers, we clean manually with sting pipes and supportively with a vacuum truck.
The hightemp family is growing
Mr. D. Linke is a specialist in a wide range of welding processes and is therefore another important member of our team. ​

Nobody believes us!!!
During a partial drain, a part of the DH-palisades collapsed. Out of necessity, we sawed out the entire affected area and replaced it with site-designed and home-cut AZS blocks. Due to their size, these could only be cut with a chainsaw.
Installation of hanging bricks in the crown
Once again we were able to be on site within 24 hours to support one of our customers. The danger of an open crown should not be underestimated, especially if there are tension anchers or beams over the damaged area.
Exchange of an roof block
It's now almost our daily business - broken skimmers, zone divider or, in this case, a roof block. These are lifted out under pressure and replaced using specially built clamps. In most cases we can do this during glass flux.
Customer request
Here you can see three air blower sets, which are now on their way to our customer. The requests for air blowers with a specially built base are increasing more and more. ​

Know-how combined with hard work
Here we installed a protective wall for a heavily attacked abutment. This was later sealed with ramming mix up to the upper edge. Due to the flue gas channel, the work had to be carried out lying down. Experts know what this means in combination with a chainsaw. The installation could only be implemented using live images. We had an external camera permanently installed for this purpose and were therefore able to check our work steps from the inside via a screen using live transmission. ​
A 3D drawing showed our customer in advance how we intend to solve the problem.
